Mapkalo 1.59 available: download, compatibility, and active servers

Mapkalo 1.59 is working on ATS 1.59. Compatibility status, updated mini mod pack, official MundoATS servers for 1.59, and key recommendations before updating.

Updated note: the temporary ATS 1.58 server is now officially closed. This old news post keeps its original date because it belongs to the May 2026 announcement, but this clarification was added so future readers are not confused.

American Truck Simulator 1.59 is now officially available on Steam and brings important improvements in UI, sound, comfort, and overall driving experience.

Major highlights include new damage and finance widgets, Tow to Road quick recovery, improved controller navigation and UI, more natural traffic audio, visual adjustments, and general quality-of-life improvements.

Mapkalo does work correctly on ATS 1.59. Full compatibility required an updated mini mod pack, and an adapted version is now available for this update.

MundoATS currently recommends keeping profiles and gameplay directly on 1.59 to reduce compatibility issues and avoid mixed-version setups.

Official MundoATS server status (important): Main server -> ATS 1.59. Temporary secondary server -> ATS 1.58 closed.

Important before updating: once a profile is converted to 1.59, it stays migrated to that version. Back up your profile, test on a secondary profile, and validate mods before using your main save.
